1. Service Provider
WIDE operates WizPixel EU. Contact: info@wizpixel.com
2. Services
We provide professional video editing including wedding and event films, drone footage editing, corporate and social media video, and advertising production (ADV, on request). Scope, pricing, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work commences.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Single Film HD 1080p: €250 per project (up to 60 min source, up to 30 min final edit).
- Single Film QHD 1440p: €350 per project, same specifications.
- Single Film 4K 2160p: €450 per project, same specifications.
- 3-Film Package HD 1080p: €500 (three films, same specifications as single HD).
- ADV Production: quoted individually on request.
- Revision rounds: €50 per round after the first included review.
- Extra source material: €100 per additional hour beyond the included allowance.
- Additional delivery formats: €50 per format (resolution not exceeding the original delivery).
- 8K, Dolby audio, audio enhancement: on request, priced per project.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. A deposit may be required before work commences.
4. Deliverables and Format
Standard delivery is MP4 (H.264) at the purchased resolution. Additional formats are available as add-ons at a resolution not exceeding the primary delivery. Upscaling is not included.
5. Audio and Music
WizPixel EU does not provide audio tracks and does not use songs on repeat. The client must upload sufficient licensed music files via the upload portal. Any sections of the final edit not covered by client-provided music will be delivered with natural audio where present. Music, background tracks, sound effects, and all royalty fees are the sole responsibility of the client. WizPixel EU bears no liability for any copyright infringement, royalty claims, or takedown notices arising from third-party content.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for uploading source footage via upload.eu.wizpixel.com in a timely manner; ensuring they hold all necessary rights to the uploaded material; and providing clear style references and delivery requirements at briefing.
7. Minor Subjects
Where source footage contains images or recordings of minors (persons under 18), the client warrants that all necessary consents and authorisations required by applicable law have been obtained from the minor's parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and that the use of such footage is lawful in the client's jurisdiction. The act of uploading footage containing minors constitutes unconditional acceptance of this responsibility. WizPixel EU bears no liability for the client's failure to obtain the required consents. The client indemnifies WizPixel EU against any claims arising from the unlawful use of footage containing minors.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final edited material for the agreed purposes. WizPixel EU retains the right to include excerpts in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement. Source footage remains the property of the client at all times.
9. Revisions and Approvals
Each project includes one review cycle. Additional revision rounds are charged at €50 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the delivery is considered accepted.
10. Turnaround and Delays
Estimated turnaround times are communicated at project confirmation. WizPixel EU is not liable for delays caused by late source material, incomplete briefs, or force majeure.
11. Limitation of Liability
WizPixel EU's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU law and the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
